  • Where do you ship your items?
    We offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Shipping type, delivery time, and fees may vary depending on the item's location, weight, and requested delivery speed. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during checkout, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
  • What is your return policy?
    You have up to 28 days to send back the order to us. It needs to be in the same condition as it has been received if not part of the purchase will be refunded. If you're unsatisfied with the order the return shipping fees will be at your cost.
  • What are the shipping time frame ?
    Item will be shipped on average 2 days after the payment is received. It takes an average of 15 to 20 business days for the piece of art to get to you. ​ International buyers please note: a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. b. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it. But feel free to email as if it hasn't been shipped yet we will refund you.
  • Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address ?
    Yes, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address; however, this needs to be done at the time of purchase. When filling out Billing address simply untick the box that says ‘Deliver to same address’ you will then be given the option to enter a different shipping address. If this is a business address, always make sure you include the name of the company or organisation in the address field as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
